Delivery Issues:
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, email us at donttouchmyhair.shop01@gmail.com and we’ll help track it down.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
